L'ARCf de Saint-Jean Inc. is a non-profit organization with a mandate to develop the Francophone community of Saint John.  L'ARCf works with all Francophone organizations in the region to improve the services and recreational, cultural and educational programs offered to all Francophones in the Saint John area.   "L'Association Régionale de la Communauté francophone (ARCf) de Saint-Jean est située au Centre Samuel-de-Champlain Le Centre communautaire francophone est un centre de services en français dans la région de Saint-Jean Les services incluent : Salle de Spectacle (Théâtre Louis-Vermeersch), des Garderies (CPE) francophones de 0 à 12 ans, une clinique médicale, une Radio Communautaire (CHQC-FM 105,7), une bibliothèque publique (Le Cormoran), une école Francophone de la Maternelle à la 12e année et les bureaux de l'Association."
