Advance tickets are available at Haven Music Hall Wednesday-Saturday 4pm-10pm. \nAccessibility \nHaven Music Hall is a street-level small music venue without fixed seating. This show is combination standing and seating room only. Our entrance exterior is a 34″ wide door that has a small lip/step up from the street. Once inside\, our entrance vestibule has three steps up into the space with an interior entrance opening of 70″. We have two single-use washrooms with toilets. If you’d like more information about accessing our space please email abigail@havenmusichall.com. \nAll Ages Show Details \nThis is a wet/dry show\, meaning both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are served. All patrons will be ID’d upon entry and given a coloured bracelet corresponding with their ticket type (19+ or -19). Bartenders will also be checking IDs at the bar. During all ages shows we are careful not to serve multiple drinks to one person\, so if you’re buying your 19+ friend a beer please bring them to the bar to order with you! All ages are welcome but only 19+ patrons with ID’s may purchase alcohol. Patrons aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a guardian. \nSafer Spaces Policy/Code of Conduct \nHaven Music Hall (HMH) is committed to ensuring a safer show experience for musicians\, audiences\, staff\, and volunteers. If you see or experience any form of harassment or abuse please inform the bar staff on site. If you experience harassment or abuse and wish to inform us after the fact please email abigail@havenmusichall.com. This email is read by the HMH owners only and any reports of safety violations will be treated as confidential. With harmonies and melodies that echo the wind-swept shores and family kitchen parties\, Pretty Western invites listeners on a journey through storytelling and foot-stomping rhythms. Each performance is a testament to their deep roots and a celebration of the simple\, yet profound\, moments of life. Pretty Western is a bridge between past and present\, drawing from the timeless well of folk and country to create a sound uniquely their own. \n\nAccessibility \nHaven Music Hall is a street-level small music venue without fixed seating. This show is combination standing and seating room only. Our entrance exterior is a 34″ wide door that has a small lip/step up from the street. Once inside\, our entrance vestibule has three steps up into the space with an interior entrance opening of 70″. We have two single-use washrooms with toilets. If you’d like more information about accessing our space please email abigail@havenmusichall.com. \nAll Ages Show Details \nThis is a wet/dry show\, meaning both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are served. All patrons will be ID’d upon entry and given a coloured bracelet corresponding with their ticket type (19+ or -19). Bartenders will also be checking IDs at the bar. During all ages shows we are careful not to serve multiple drinks to one person\, so if you’re buying your 19+ friend a beer please bring them to the bar to order with you! All ages are welcome but only 19+ patrons with ID’s may purchase alcohol. Patrons aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a guardian. \nSafer Spaces Policy/Code of Conduct \nHaven Music Hall (HMH) is committed to ensuring a safer show experience for musicians\, audiences\, staff\, and volunteers. If you see or experience any form of harassment or abuse please inform the bar staff on site. If you experience harassment or abuse and wish to inform us after the fact please email abigail@havenmusichall.com. This email is read by the HMH owners only and any reports of safety violations will be treated as confidential. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. If an event is rescheduled or canceled ticket buyers will be notified with options including a refund.\nIf you require a refund option within 48 hours of the event we can offer you credit to a future show.\nAccessibility & safety notes:\n-The Cap record store is accessible during daytime hours through the Queen Street entrance and the Tannery. Ground floor washrooms can be accessed in this space. There is one step to access the Sea Can. Events at night in the Cap are accessible through the Tannery – there are not steps or stairs to enter the Cap. The Wilser’s Room & Nest Patios require climbing a full set of stairs. Wilser’s Room washrooms require climbing an additional 6 stairs.\n– Events in the Tannery parking lot are gated\, accessible at ground level\, and are typically accessible to all ages (determined per event). Washrooms can be accessed through the fire exit of the CAP (right side of the building facing King street)\, through the King street entrance of Klub Krome. There are also occasions in which porta potties are present at these events\, located close to the performance area.\n– If you use a wheelchair or walking aid\, please e-mail thecaprecordstore@gmail.com the day before the show so we can prepare adequate space for you.\n– Washrooms are gender inclusive (femme/non-binary and masculine/non-binary).
