SUMMARY:(LAYERS) - An I-Click Photography Exhibit
DESCRIPTION:I-CLICK Photography Program is excited to announce the 2024 youth photography exhibit\, ‘Layers’. Layers explores the various perspectives we hold of the communities around us and celebrates this year’s youth as they share their perspectives on the layered complexities of being a young person in Saint John.\nI-CLICK consisted of a group of youth who came together to decide on what was important for them to share with their larger community at the Third Shift Festival (@thirdspacegallery)\nI-CLICK photography is a program dedicated to elevating youth voice through artistic expression. During the summer months\, a group of youth move through processes to explore self-identity and narrative storytelling. Through photography\, we hear the stories they felt important to share.\nWe are so excited for this year’s exhibit called ‘Layers’. Layers explores the various perspectives we hold of the communities around us and celebrates this year’s youth as they share their perspectives on the layered complexities of being a young person in Saint John\nPlease join us on August. 16th at 6 pm at the Saint John City Market (South Market Alley\, Dining Area) for a celebration of the youth that created this exhibit!
