Brian Patafie grew up in Greenwood Nova Scotia in the beautiful Annapolis Valley. Years later following his University graduation he ventured out for the next 44 years working as an athletic trainer in both the professional hockey and the junior hockey industry including a stint with the AHL Nova Scotia Voyageurs and the Saint John Flames while working his way up to the NHL and serving as the athletic trainer for the Calgary Flames from the mid to late 90’s . After retiring in 2021 Brian followed his passion for standup comedy and since that time he has performed in clubs, theatres and casino showrooms all over North America. In October of 2022 he reached what he calls the pinnacle of his new career when he went to share his stories on an eight city, twelve show tour through the United Kingdom. On Friday May 24th: Brian along with special guests will take to the stage at Punch Lines in Saint John, New Brunswick for The FUNNY AS PUCK Tour Atlantic Edition, ninety minutes of continuous laughter about their hilarious life experiences and Brian will probably mix in a few hockey stories as well..
