Beginners+ Pottery
By popular demand, we are introducing a new course for those looking to continue the momentum in their ceramics journey! The Beginner+ Pottery workshop is open to those who have completed a Pottery on the Wheel Workshop in the past. This 6 week program will provide 15 hours of time on the wheel with renowned ceramicist, Ralph Seely, to build on your previous learning.
Participants have the option of purchasing a 25-pound sleeve of clay ($30) from the arts centre in advance (click here), at the time of the workshop with the option to buy more if desired, or bring their own. If bringing your own clay, please contact SJAC before the workshop to confirm that it is safe for our kiln.
Age group: 16+
Times: Tuesdays, 6:30pm-9:00pm
Dates: November 5, 12, 19, 26, December 3, 10, 2024 (6 weeks)
Registration Fee: $350
Supplies Fee: On or before the first session students must purchase a sleeve of clay $30
Skill level: Beginner/Intermediate
