Free to Grow
Formed in 2014, Fredericton’s Free to Grow won the Stingray Rising Star Award at Fredericton Harvest Festival in 2015. Our songwriter was the recipient of the 2023 JL Music Composer Award.
The band has performed at over 40 festivals / events / venues throughout New Brunswick including in Bathurst, Miramichi, Moncton, Sussex, Gagetown, Fredericton, Saint John and Saint Andrews. Our original rock music is heavily influenced by “classic rock” and our songs have charted in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, South Africa, Australia and the US and Canada. We have released 3 full length studio albums plus a live album and a fourth studio album is planned for spring 2024.
Band Members: Amanda L. Moss (vocals), James Morrison (guitar/vocals), Jeff Patch (guitar/vocals), James Rooney (drums), Natalie Thibodeau (vocals), Rob McFee (guitar), Alan Gray (bass guitar).
Vinyl Tap is a local classic rock band consisting of 5 band members that has been together for 3 years.
Stratton Phillips on lead vocals and guitar Kirk Stephens on guitar and vocals Bruce Rivington on guitar and vocals Matt Knox on bass and vocals and Steve Mansfield, drums and vocals. Vinyl Tap has been playing around the greater Fredericton area/Minto/Moncton/Lake George playing local establishments in Fredericton and private parties outside of Fredericton, Creating a high energetic rock experience for all ages to enjoy.
The UnHeard – A rock quartet from Fredericton, NB featuring 4 seasoned veterans with diverse musical backgrounds in rock, roots & blues. Powered by 2 guitars, bass & drums, the band presents 3 lead vocalists & blended harmonies.
With well over a century of musical experience playing live & recording, they write & play their own material, offering original rock & roll that has been described as an old school sound, a 70’s rock band with a modern day pulse, turning heads wherever they appear.
