Sunday, April 14 at 6 PM: Enjoy a four-course Italian meal created by Chef Michelle Hooton at Italian by Night, inspired by four beloved Saint John artists’ paintings brought to the restaurant from the Beaverbrook Art Gallery!
This evening event will consist of a talk by the Beaverbrook Art Gallery’s Manager of Collections and Exhibitions, John Leroux, who will give us insight into the selected artworks. Chef Michelle will also tell us how each painting inspired her to create her four delicious courses.
This is an excellent opportunity to engage with artworks from the Beaverbrook and learn more about the history of Saint John as well as the four artists who have been chosen for this exciting evening. The artworks chosen for inspiration for this meal were created by the following artists:
– Miller Brittain
– Fred Ross
– Jack Humphrey
– Rosamund Campbell
Tickets are limited! Doors open at 6 PM, with the meal and talk beginning at 7 PM. Each ticket is $150 and includes a beverage. A tax receipt of $50 will be sent to each guest.

Dimanche 14 avril à 18 heures : Savourez un repas de quatre plats créé par la chef Michelle Hooton au restaurant Italian by Night, inspiré par les peintures de quatre artistes bien-aimés de Saint John qui ont été apportées au restaurant par le musée des beaux-arts Beaverbrook !
Lors de cette soirée, John Leroux, directeur des collections et des expositions du musée des beaux-arts Beaverbrook, nous donnera un aperçu des œuvres sélectionnées. La chef Michelle nous expliquera également comment chaque tableau l’a inspirée pour créer ses quatre délicieux plats.
Il s’agit d’une excellente occasion de découvrir des œuvres d’art du Beaverbrook et d’en apprendre davantage sur l’histoire de Saint John, ainsi que sur les quatre artistes qui ont été choisis pour cette soirée passionnante. Les œuvres d’art choisies comme source d’inspiration pour ce repas ont été créées par les artistes suivants :

Le nombre de billets est limité ! Les portes s’ouvrent à 18 heures, le repas et la conférence commencent à 19 heures.. Chaque billet coûte 150 dollars et comprend une boisson. Un reçu fiscal de 50 $ sera envoyé à chaque invité.
